Partner with ITK Management Ltd ,a training center that located in heart of Causeway Bay , which was a member of INFORMATICS Group. We provide series of training programs that cooperated with ITK.

  • 2005 Won Government Tender

Won first Government Tender from Information Technology Training Development Centre, ITTDC to help delivering hundreds of students on computer training including Programming, Database and Web Design. We became a trusted partner under Government Tender List.

 

  • Sep 2004 Partnered with New Horizons Learning Center

We are very pleased to announce that New Horizons HK Learning Centre of HK will join business partnership.New Horizons network with 300 centers in over 50 countries around the world.

  • Aug 2003 Training Partner of Automated Systems HK Ltd (ASL)

Pelican is pleased to form a training partnership with Automated Systems HK Ltd(ASL) which is a listed company in HK Stock Exchange (Stock no. 0771). We aimed to provide a total solution on educational services, not just IT training, but a solution for customers about their daily issues from IT environment.

 

  • Feb 2003 Acquiring Global Knowledge Network (GKN)

Pelican began to acquire GKN on Feb of 2003 for their training business of HK, Mainland China and Taiwan. Pelican was willing to pay around 1.5 million US dollar (Including Bank Guarantee of 1m US dollar) for this deal. Finally the deal cancelled during the process of deal diligence.

Founded in 1995 and with 28 training centers globally,  Global Knowledge Network offers online IT and professional training, certification courses, team training, cybersecurity, blockchain, cloud computing, and project management services.

  • Jan 2003 Partnered with Secure Net Asia,A HSBC Group member

An Authorized eFileLock distributor in Hong Kong. eFileLock is a new, user-friendly file encryption tool that secures and encrypts highly confidential files using a USB key.

SecureNet Asia Ltd, a joint venture owned by Hong Kong-listed PCCW, Australian information technology security firm SecureNet Limited, and HSBC, develops and provides a complete range of leading-edge security solutions that integrate smart card technology with public key infrastructure to provide secure transactions, remote access, application security and data integrity.​
